Outlook Express help

I get an error message that says - an unknown error has occured. It has my email address then server pop.atlanticbb.net, protocol: POP3, Port:110, Secure (SSL): No, error Number 0x800C0133. I've had Outlook Express forever and I can't seem to get any help anywhere. Thanks!

One to send and another to receive and it looks like the setting for receiving is incorrect. Who is your internet service provider? I'm assuming your email address is from your provider. In the meantime, they most likely have a web version of your email that you can use while trying to resolve your outlook issue.

They do have a web version that I am using but I don't like it as well and there are certain things that I can't do on their page that I can do in Outlook Express. I tried to contact Microsoft but you have to pay for any help there. Thanks for your help.

It's not microsoft that could help you, it would be Atlantic Broadband. If the help I provided did not help, please contact Atlantic Broadband's technical support. What you are describing is not a general computing issue. Best of luck

Please make sure smtp.atlanticbb.net is in your outgoing mail field.
