JOIN" but I didn't! I know it's a virus but how do I get rid of this 'page'? Does anyone know? I know I don't want to open it! Help! How do I delete it without opening it?

Scroll down as you look to the left. You should see a "Remove Me From [name of group]" link. Hope that helps
